About Victoria Park

 

Victoria Park is an established community of 119 homes.  Our community does not have amenities such as a pool or tennis courts.  Whether you are celebrating retirement, empty nesters, professionals or raising a young family, this is a great location to live. 

 

The HOA dues are $220 annually and there is a one time initiation fee of $120 which is paid when the home is purchased.  Dues are used to pay for water, electricity, landscape maintenance of all the common areas, and repair, maintenance of the wet pond.

Our location is ideal.  In minutes you can visit your favorite grocery store, restaurant, the Mall of Georgia, Lake Lanier Island and Resort, Chateau Elan, etc.
